Durla is a planet that was devastated by a planet-wide neuclear war which only lasted six minutes but totalled the planet completely and left few survivors. Those who did survive developed shapeshifting powers due to the exposure to radiation and formed tribes. The planet is currently in a desolate state and the Durlans are untrusted by the species of nearby planets because their powers give them the ability to appear under a false identity. Durla is the only planet in it's star system.
